1. Service and account
BADAON is operated by BADAIEUM CO.,LTD. It provides campaign discovery, applications, reviews and brand campaign management. One email account supports participant and advertiser features; administrator access is separately authorized. Membership is intended for people aged 14 or older.
2. Member responsibilities
Provide accurate information and protect your account. Impersonation, fraudulent applications or reviews, unlawful content, rights infringement and service abuse are prohibited. Reviews must clearly disclose benefits and material relationships.
3. Experiences and campaigns
Applying does not guarantee selection. Review each campaign’s benefits, schedule, channels, format and submission requirements. Advertisers must offer deliverable benefits; selected participants follow the stated requirements. Contact support with relevant records about changes or disputes.
4. Paid services and content
Fees and cancellation or refund conditions are presented separately for paid services. Registration does not authorize payment or advertising. Members retain rights in their content; advertising reuse beyond service delivery requires separate notice and appropriate permission.
5. Restrictions, closure and changes
Service restrictions should include reasons and an appeal route. Account closure and corrections can be requested through support. Pending campaigns, transactions and statutory retention obligations require separate review. Changes to terms will be notified with their effective date, with renewed consent where required. Statutory user rights are preserved.
